Terms, privacy, and compliance

By using the B-Motion AI Lead Engine ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by B-Motion AI FZ-LLC, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Service description

The Service helps UAE businesses find prospects, send TDRA-compliant cold email, classify replies via AI, and manage follow-up across email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and SMS.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications outside the scope of legitimate B2B outreach under UAE TDRA regulation, to harass any party, or to violate any applicable law including UAE PDPL, EU GDPR, or US CAN-SPAM.

3. Subscription & payment

Plans are billed monthly in AED. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable use policy, with notice where reasonable. You may close your account at any time from the settings page.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as-is. B-Motion AI is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of business opportunity, except where required by UAE law.

B-Motion AI takes data privacy seriously. We process personal data only as needed to provide the Service and in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).

What we collect

• Account info (name, email, phone, company) you provide at signup
• Lead data scraped from public sources (business name, public contact info)
• Email and message content you send and receive through the Service
• Usage telemetry (page views, button clicks) for product improvement

What we don't do

• Sell or share customer or lead data with third parties for marketing
• Use customer email content to train AI models outside the customer's tenant
• Retain data after deletion requests beyond the 30-day rollback window

Your rights

Under UAE PDPL, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Email privacy@bmotion.aiwith the subject "Data request". We respond within 30 days.

The Service is designed to operate within UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL):

• All UAE customer and lead data is processed in eu-west-1 (Ireland) for residency proximity
• Cold email targets are filtered to legitimate B2B business contacts only
• Every cold message includes a clear opt-out ("Reply STOP")
• Opt-outs are honored immediately and persisted across all channels
• Lead data older than 24 months is auto-purged unless the customer extends retention

Enterprise customers can request an executed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) covering the Service's role as a Processor and your obligations as Controller.

The following subprocessors handle aspects of the Service:

• Managed email delivery provider (USA/EU): transactional email delivery
• AI processing provider (USA): reply classification + drafting
• Cloud storage provider (Ireland): spreadsheet storage backing customer data
• Cloud hosting & CDN (USA): dashboard hosting + edge delivery + DNS
• Self-hosted automation engine: runs on customer's infrastructure

We give 14 days notice before adding new subprocessors. Customers can object via legal@bmotion.ai.
